Nose:
A great nose wiith sweet notes of fruit like orchard fruits, apple pie and fresh sea air. In the background you’ll find citrus freshness and hints of cereal, almonds, magnolia and just a trace of peat smoke.

Palate:
Sweet, nutty tones come to the fore, with hints of grapes and honey in the background. Floral flavours abound, enhanced with just a hint of dried fruit and sweet spice, chocolate croissant and a subtle earthy peatiness.

Finish:
Long and fresh, with even more rich honey notes and great smokiness.

Conclusion:
A deliciously complex single malt from one of Scotland’s newer distilleries. They are hitting it out of the park!
